Campbell B. Lanier, III is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ITC Holding Company, LLC, a diversified holding company headquartered in West Point, Georgia. His investment activities span more than 30 years and have focused on early stage investments in communications, technology, financial services, restaurant management solutions, and canine detection services.
He has served as a director of ITC since the company’s inception in 1989 as a corporation. He currently serves as Senior Director of Kinetic Ventures, a leading venture capital investor in high growth information, communications, and power/clean technology companies. Mr. Lanier also serves as General Partner for ITC Partners Fund I, LP, an early stage investor in high growth technology and services companies; Chairman and CEO of Magnolia Holding Company, an investor in online restaurant equipment, supply and service companies; and former Chairman or Director of numerous portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Interstate Communications (Telecom*USA), which was acquired by MCI for $1.2 billion in 1990. Mr. Lanier was the founding investor and Chairman of Powertel (now T-Mobile), which was acquired by Deutsche Telecom for $4.2 billion in 2000. He was also the founding investor for Mindspring, which was valued at $1 billion at the time of its merger with Earthlink, as well as the founding investor of ITC^DeltaCom, InterCall, Knology and Firethorn. He has previously served as Managing Director of South Atlantic Private Equity Fund, IV, Limited Partnership.

AMK9, CEO, 2014 – 2017 – largest commercial anti-terrorism canine security company in the world
Synapse, President, 2013 – 2014 – privately held wireless communications software company
Knology, President, 2007 – 2012 – – NASDAQ traded fiber-based broadband company. Also served as Corporate Controller (1998 – 2004) and CFO (2005 – 2006) of Knology prior to serving as Knology’s President
Ernst & Young, Audit Manager – International professional services firm
Todd has extensive experience with start-up organizations as well as mature businesses in the areas of finance, operations, strategy, business development, and investor relations. He has also successfully managed human resources, legal, risk management, marketing and sales organizations within small and larger organizations, and has experienced success with capital structure management and mergers and acquisitions.
Todd spent the majority of his career with Knology, where the company grew from zero customers and zero revenue to approximately 800,000 customer connections and $550 million in revenue. He helped manage this company through a significant network buildout and heavy customer acquisition activity, IPO, disciplined organic and acquisition growth, and successful exit for the stakeholders of the business.

Tim has more than 35 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, including operation of public companies, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He has served in various capacities within the ITC family of companies, including Vice President, Controller of Powertel, and Controller of InterCall. Tim has also served as Chief Financial Officer of ITC Financial Services, ITC Holding Company, Greater Valley Group, The Lanier Family Office, and ITC Capital Partners. In addition to his current role as CFO of ITC Capital Partners, he is also the Corporate Secretary for Instawares Holding Company, LLC and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Magnolia Holding Company, LTI Holding Company, and ITC Partners Fund I, LP.
